Report on current state of active async instance

Generate a report / statistics based on the current state of the instance:

• Worlds listed alphabetically; include (approximate) number of items received
• Summation of items received, goal completions (see #51 (closed) for tracking goal completes, other world states)

If done after #42, run !status to get a more accurate report, then compare known numbers and highlight discrepancies.
