Log: process release messages
When encountered, automatically flag world to ignore / not send messages relating to any items collected / hints requested for that world - see #56 (closed), #59.
Some games unconditionally auto-forfeit on a goal complete - add a game data flag that, when set, does not send the forfeit message to the activity channel.
Compare server- vs player-forfeit messages for any difference in tokens.
