Include admin-sent items in item processing

Include items sent by an admin command in the standard item log message processing; e.g.:

[root at 2022-12-07 00:16:59,380]: Notice (all): Cheat console: sending "<item>" to <receiver>

The source world and location is not included, so hint handling is not possible.
