Multiple refactors and fixes:
- Try-catch around all file operations - resolves #4 (closed) (guard volatile ops)
- Support player array on world data - resolves #14 (closed) (players registered for worlds)
- World manager load all, reload, and save - resolves #16 (closed) (improve load process)
- Convert all service ops to support async - resolves #25 (closed) (use top-level async)
- Fix ESLint config to work w/ multiple modules
- Minor / patch version upgrades on dpendencies
