Bot command: copy world settings to another

Merged Adam "MrBond" Ziegler requested to merge world-copy-command into 0.3.x

Copy all item/group settings from one world to another. Retains received item counts on destination world and item/group settings not overwritten from source.

Resolves #30 (closed).
