Reduce hint spam

Merged Adam "MrBond" Ziegler requested to merge hint-spam-reduce into 0.5.x

Two changes to reduce hint spam in channels and DMs:

  • Do not broadcast hints for already-found items - resolves #88 (closed)
  • Make !hint default to show hints for not-found items only; add all subcommand to also show hints for found items - resolves #89 (closed)
