Fix hint with sublocation

Merged Adam "MrBond" Ziegler requested to merge fix-hint-with-sublocation into 0.3.x

Fixes hints for items in worlds that are entrance-randomized, which include the entrance behind where the item is located.

Resolves #65 (closed).
